We want you to understand how refunds work before you purchase a screen-free evening program from Skeletonforceon.

Digital Programs & Materials

If you purchase a program that includes immediate digital download or email delivery, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not opened, downloaded, or accessed the core program files. Once materials are accessed, refunds are evaluated case-by-case and may be partial.

Before Your Start Date

Cancellations received at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled program start receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

After Sessions Begin

If fewer than 25% of scheduled live or virtual sessions have been completed, you may request a partial refund. Completed programs and attended in-person workshops are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Connecticut Consumers

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Connecticut consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Refund

Email customer@skeletonforceon.world with your name, order date, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.

Rescheduling

In-person workshops may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
